In laparoscopic hysterectomies, the umbilicus or infraumbilical region was used as the abdominal entry method. Postoperative Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores for pain at port sites were compared at the 8th hour and on the first day. Analyzes of VAS scores were performed according to BMI and surgical duration for groups undergoing umbilical and infraumbilical incisions.
