Description

Imaging data (Microscopy and Western blot) for Gudipati et al, 2021. Publication containing these data reveal a role of the N-terminal dipeptidase DPF-3 in processing C. elegans Argonaute proteins WAGO-1 and WAGO-3. Loss of processing causes up regulation of transposable elements, DNA damage and thus sperm loss and sterility at elevated temperature. This is due to altered 22G RNA profiles
