Description

This figure was originally published by Wealther et al. in Case Reports in Dermatological Medicine. Case 3 (C & D) is focally positive for CK20 immunostaining. Case 4 demonstrated <5% positivity (E). Cases 1, 2, and 5 were CK20-negative (A, B, F, & G). In these cases SATB2 and neurofilament could aid in diagnosis.81
