This project implements a simulated annealing algorithm designed to create and optimize partitions of regions in the context of France’s “No net land take” policy. The code is written in Python. The algorithm iterates on a dataset containing information relevant to territorializing the NNLT goal. The dataset is provided in the shapefile format. The amount of data is stated as follows Code : 13.1 KB of .py and .yaml files Data : 186 Mbytes of shapefile files.
