This dataset contains supplementary tables and additional material associated with the manuscript entitled “Increased risk of cutaneous lupus erythematosus flare during the late menopausal transition: a retrospective study of 64 women”, accepted for publication in JAAD International. The data derive from a retrospective study evaluating the relationship between menopausal transition and cutaneous lupus erythematosus flare activity in 64 women. Supplementary material includes additional clinical and statistical data supporting the findings reported in the manuscript.
