The repository contains the processed datasets used in the study “Seasonal Consistency Between Solar-Induced Chlorophyll Fluorescence and Vegetation Indices Across Global Urban Ecosystems.” The main dataset provides monthly observations from January 2019 to October 2020 for six city regions—Tel Aviv, Rome, Washington DC, Johannesburg, Beijing, and Buenos Aires—including TROPOMI SIF, MODIS GPP, Sentinel-2-derived NDVI and NIRv, vegetation-masked versions of the vegetation indices, photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), and PAR-scaled vegetation indices. The repository also includes the final shapefiles defining the six study regions used for spatial extraction and aggregation.
