Description

SAXS and SANS data to investigate that conformation of protein E1-40COR30 after associating with TAR(-) DNA. We found it to show that E1-40COR30 shifts to an overall more extended conformation after associating with protein. Data should be processed through RAW small angle scattering analysis software and supports Guinier and P(r) analysis.
