Steps to reproduce

This figure was generated from clinical and laboratory data collected during follow-up of a pediatric patient with STAT3-HIES treated sequentially with dupilumab and tralokinumab. IgE levels and eosinophil counts were obtained from routine blood tests and plotted in Microsoft Excel (Mac, Office 365). Values are shown at baseline, week 12 (dupilumab), and week 32 (tralokinumab).
