Description

Gene regulation under hypoxic oscillations HeLa cells were kept in persistent hypoxia (H), normoxia (N), or in oscillatory hypoxia (O). mRNA was isolated and sequenced for 3 replicates for each condition.

Steps to reproduce

RNA was isolated after the expeiment using Qiagen RNAeasy Micro kit. RNA was thereafter sequenced on the Illumina platform. Partek Flow was used to align reads, and compute the differential expression and p values. Further analysis was limited to genes showing p-values of less than or equal to 0.05, FDR of less than or equal to .01, and the absolute log fold change of greater than 1.
