Description

This dataset presents large-scale empirical evidence on the readiness of Vietnamese high school teachers for digital transformation, derived from an online survey conducted in May 2025 with 11,448 valid responses across five provinces and cities representing three major regions. The structured questionnaire comprises nine sections with 53 items measured on a 5-point Likert scale, encompassing: (1) Content Knowledge; (2) Technological Knowledge; (3) Technological Pedagogical Knowledge; (4) Perceived Necessity of Technology Use; (5) Perceived Self-Efficacy in Technology Use; (6) Performance and Effort Expectancy; (7) Social Influence; (8) Facilitating Conditions; (9) Behavioral Intention to Use Technology; (10) Actual Technology Use Behavior. The dataset provides a robust foundation for examining teachers’ digital competence, identifying determinants of readiness, and enabling comparative and cross-sectional analyses. It also offers practical implications for evidence-based policymaking and professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing teacher capacity in the context of educational digital transformation.
