Description

This dataset comprises anonymized survey data from parents of children aged 0–17, examining perceptions of food additives and purchase intentions toward children’s foods. The data include measures of food additive cognition, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, purchase intention, and basic demographic variables. All items were measured on five-point Likert scales. The dataset supports analyses of consumer decision-making, food safety risk communication, and consumer protection issues related to food additives.
