Description

The paper aims to explore how strategic capabilities can influence organizational resilience (OR), from a Bangladesh perspective. It analyzes the impact of digital traceability capability (DTC), AI-driven circular decision intelligence (AICDI), circular business model reconfiguration (CBMR), and regenerative innovation Capability (RIC) on OR. Moreover, the moderating effect of environmental turbulence (ET) is also analyzed on these four connections. The paper employs purposive sampling to collect and analyze 359 responses from employees and managers of manufacturing companies. The results found that all hypotheses were supported, except for the mediating effect of ET between RIC and OR. The paper adds new knowledge to the existing body of literature by integrating dynamic capability theory (DCT) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to formulate the conceptual framework. Additionally, it makes a relevant and evidence-based contribution to the existing literature by simultaneously examining the moderating role of environmental volatility in four strategic capability areas.
