Description
This dataset depicts the microstructure of Ti-3Mo at% after solid solution treatment. The Ti-3Mo specimens were produced by using an arc melting furnace followed by homogenization in a vacuum capsule at 1200 °C for an hour. After that, the specimens were hot-rolled to 1.5 mm in thickness. The specimens were then treated for 10 minutes with a solid solution at 1000 °C, followed by rapid cooling (quenching).
