Description

This article presents the ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, and LC–MS data for 4-amino-3-bromo-coumarin (Figures 1,2 and 3) and 4-amino-3-chloro-coumarin (Figures 4, 5 and 6). The ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra were obtained by dissolving the compounds in deuterated DMSO-d₆ and analysing them using a Bruker 400 MHz instrument equipped with Topspin software. LC–MS analysis was conducted by dissolving the compounds in acetonitrile and analysing them with a Shimadzu LCMS instrument. These spectral data are valuable for comparison with structurally related molecules containing a coumarin backbone.
