A STUDY ON SERVICES QUALITY ABOUT PREVENTIVE HEALTH AND FAMILY MEDICINE AMONG COMPANY PATIENTS IN MULTISPECIALTY HOSPITAL

Quality of services is an important factor as it is directly related to the satisfaction levelof patients towards the service provided by the hospitals. By conducting this research, it is possible to estimate the satisfactory level of patients towards the service provided in preventive services. The purpose of this study is to identify the Quality of services provided in preventive health and family medicine among the companypatients. Thirty sampleswere used for this descriptive study. Percentage Analysis, weighted average and Chi- square were tested to analyse the problem. The results shows that there are few causesof dissatisfaction among patients towards the service provided. The main suggestions is to maintain a proper waiting time at radiology department and prior information should be given to the patients, to improve the satisfaction level among the patients.
