Here, you can download the genomic sequence of the 36 chromosomes for Leishmania major (Friedlin strain). This new assembly (named LMJFC) was attained in 2021. For additional information, see: Camacho, E., González-de la Fuente, S., Solana, J.C., Rastrojo, A., Carrasco-Ramiro, F., Requena, J.M., and Aguado, B. (2021). PMID: 34573340 The only change introduced in version 2 is that files include the chromosomal names. The sequence of the 36 chromosomes remains the same.
