Description

Differential protein degradation with a super-degron tag and thalidomide analogs: EGFP is degraded in wild-type mouse cell, while PD-1 requires CRBN humanization, providing new insights into T cell regulation. The dataset includes all supplementary figures and tables.

Detailed experimental procedures are described in the STAR Methods section of the associated manuscript. Briefly, super degron-tag fused EGFP-expressing cells were generated. Furthermore, super degron-tag knock-in mice were generated using CRISPR-Cas9, and EGFP or PD-1 degradation was assessed by flow cytometry after iberdomide treatment.
