Huh-7 cells were divided into untreated control and 5 mM NaBu-treated groups (24 hours). Total RNA was extracted with TRIzol reagent, followed by triplicated sequencing. Differential gene expression (DEGs) was analyzed using the DESeq R package (v1.38.0) in R (v3.6.1).
