Description

Unfiltered ST count matrices, spot selection files and transformation matrices, HE-, and Androgen receptor IHC-images, from the article: Marklund M. et al. Spatio-temporal analysis of prostate tumors in situ suggests pre-existence of treatment-resistant clones. Each count matris includes the ST count data from a pre-ADT- and a post-ADT biopsy, and the individual spots per biopsy are selected and saved as spot selection files, each with a corresponding transformation matris.
