Description

The dataset was constructed from a questionnaire to 311 students (230 women and 81 men) from 4 universities in the city of Arequipa. The questionnaire included 78 items, including demographic information and information on five soft skills: communication, problem solving, leadership, teamwork and lifelong learning. All soft skills items were scored using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (not at all) to 5 (very often), where a high number (5) indicates the best level and a low number (1) indicates a poor level of development.
