Description

In the tourist city of Hangzhou, southeast China, we conducted two field experiments to collect ambient noise data for verifying the utility of ModAS (full waveform ambient noise imaging). Both the field works #1 and #2 consist of the 9-station seismic array using 5Hz main-frequency Zland nodal sensors. Same preprocessing procedures were applied to the two field datasets. The observed one-day noise records (vertical component) were down sampled from 1000Hz to 50Hz sampling frequency after anti-aliasing low-pass filtering. Then they were segmented into 30s time series with de-trending and de-meaning.
