Description

Original raw data for western blots, autoradiographs and microscopy images associated with the study entitled 'Phosphorylation by JNK Switches BRD4 Functions'. The study shows that the transcriptional and chromatin regulator BRD4 is phosphorylated by the JNK kinase, leading to its release from chromatin and the switching of its functions. The deposited original, uncropped raw data is organized according to and labeled with the figure number, panel letter and the label given for each cropped image shown in the published study.
