Description

Serum bile acids were quantified by LC-ESI-MS/MS using a UHPLC-QTRAP system (ExionLC AD, AB SCIEX QTRAP 6500+). A total of 47 bile acid standards were analyzed, with CDCA-D4 and CA-D4 as internal standards.
