The study pertaining to this dataset aimed to assess the prevalence of Compassion Fatigue (CF) and Compassion Satisfaction (CS) in early career doctors and to examine various predictors of CF and CS, particularly the role of Spiritual Well-Being in their development. The dataset was created using the Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQol v5) to assess compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction, and the Spiritual Well-Being Scale (SWBS). Various sociodemographic details and work environment characteristics are included.
