Description of this data

The input-output water quality datasets from a real WWTP (Beijing, China) were collected based on once every two hours over three years (from 2015 to 2017). Moreover, the input-output datasets are measured by the online sensor-based-instruments. And the output, i.e., SVI is measured by the lab technicians.
