Description

(1)The no-root tree of 151 chestnut plant was constructed based on genetic distance using 18 SSR molecular markers. (2) Relative expression level of Cm10G00621 in Chinese chestnut branches inoculated with "EP155" and not inoculated with "EP155". (3) The correlation analysis between the genetic components of mixed C. mollissima and the degree of disease resistance. (4) The overlap between DEGs at two time points and genes derived from Chinese chestnut rIBD fragments.
