This contains three sets of Pareto optimal solutions obtained from a simulation-optimization technique for a facility location problem that integrates workforce planning and capacity allocation. We apply our model to a realistic case study in the Royal Australian Navy and three fleet transition option discussed in "https://www.aspi.org.au/report/thinking-through-submarine-transition".

Steps to reproduce

This is an outcome of a simulation-optimization problem for facility location problem that integrates workforce planning and capacity allocation. The proposed simulation-optimization method combines the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) with a system dynamics (SD) simulation model.
