This dataset contains DNA barcoding data from eight Hoya species based on matK, rbcL, trnH-psbA, and ITS markers generated using Oxford Nanopore sequencing. The deposited files include filtered read-level sequences, consensus sequences, sequence alignments, intermediate assembly data, nucleotide composition results, and supplementary analysis outputs supporting species identification and phylogenetic analysis.
