Objective: To study the stability of the Universal Mental Health Literacy Scale in adult high school students from a Colombian city. Method: A validation study was conducted with the participation of 50 Colombian students aged 18 to 70 years; 58% were female.

Stability was tested using Student´s t, Hotelling's T-square, the intraclass correlation coefficient, Lin's concordance coefficient, and Bland and Altman plots.
