Demographic information (patient age at diagnosis, sex, self- identified race, and year of diagnosis), skin risk factors (UV exposure and dermatologic history, indoor tanning exposure [both yes/no and number of total lifetime exposures], fitzpatrick skin type, and history of non-melanoma skin cancer, atypical nevi, and blistering sunburns), and clinical tumor characteristics (AJCC 8 stage of diagnosis and TMB) of adult patients with cutaneous melanoma.
