Steps to reproduce
All methodologies for the redox kinetic EPR studies were conducted under the strict anaerobic conditions. When necessary, however, atmospheric O₂ was added to the system to produce aerobic experimental conditions. Kinetic data were produced by using mant fluorescent-tagged GDP. This approach is well known for the kinetic analysis of small GTPases. The EPR analysis employed rapid freeze-quench methods, which are also well known.
