Steps to reproduce
High-quality sequencing reads were utilized to assemble the transcriptome using the rnaSPAdes tool available on the Galaxy platform. The resulting contig sequences from this assembly and subsequent processing served as input for SSR analysis. SSR motif identification and primer optimization were carried out using PrimerPro v1.0.
