Description

Within two institutional databases, 414 men who underwent ThuLEP for clinical BPH were match-pair compared using propensity scores. All patients were evaluated at baseline and at six-month after surgery with PSA, Qmax, and self-administrated IPSS. Operative data and 30-postoperative day complications were gathered. the aim of the study is to evaluated complications and outcomes in elderly men (age at surgery >75 years) vs. younger (age at surgery <75 years)
