Description

The dataset includes data from three different tasks administered after priming participants for either global or local processing. In each file, the "group" variable represents the participant's priming condition: either global or local. The file "Demo+STAI+CAARS" provides demographic and clinical characteristics of the sample, including relevant measures. The file "GLTT" presents participant performance in the Global-Local Tendency Task, while the file "Rorschach" includes their responses in the Rorschach inkblot task. The "melodic global-local task" file details performance in the similarly named auditory processing task. The accompanying code file shows the analysis conducted across these datasets. As the code demonstrates, we found that global versus local priming had a significant impact on task performance across all three tasks.
