Description

Here, we investigated grip strength, motor activity and habituation after acute irradiation (combined 0.4 Gy gamma-rays and 0.14 Gy 12C nuclei) of 5-month-old Wistar rats. At the same time, we performed neurochemical and molecular analysis of the nucleus accumbens and the dorsal striatum. The Dataset.xlsx file contains raw data from: 1) behavioral testing of irradiated Wistar rats, 2) HPLC analysis of monoamines and their metabolites, 3) HPLC-MS analysis of choline, glutamate, glutamine, pyroglutamate, N-acetylaspartate, 4) RT-PCR - gene expression analysis of synaptic trafficking participant genes, and 5) Western-blotting analysis of synuclein and syntaxin 1A The Immunoblotting.zip archive contains the original Western-blotting membrane photographs
