Methodology for digitalization of management non-physical objects and development of digital management decisions

Description

The management of socio-economic systems is mostly based on the use of non-physical objects. These objects include values, ideas, plans, relationships, responsibilities, powers, man-agement decisions, and more. Unlike physical objects, non-physical objects are difficult to iden-tify, formalize, structure, combine, standardize, measure, digitize, and simulate. Ignoring the digitalization of non-physical objects does not allow making effective management decisions based on artificial intelligence. The purpose of this study is to establish the foundation for the developing a methodology for digitalization of non-physical management objects and creating digital management decisions with minimal loss of profits.
