Description

This study examines how AI adoption impacts job security and skill development among employees in India, China, and Bangladesh. Analyzing data from 8,152 respondents, it finds motivation, learning ability, education, and compensation help employees adapt to AI, reducing job displacement fears. However, rapid AI deployment without training increases displacement risks. Leadership style and job complexity also influence adaptation. The study offers practical insights for managing workforce transitions in emerging economies.
