Description

This repository contains the complete Python codebase used in the manuscript titled "Predicting Functional Bioactivities in Fermented Milk Using Deep Learning on LC-MS Metabolomics". The code implements a deep learning model (1D-CNN) to predict nine bioactivity outcomes from LC-MS QTOF metabolomic profiles of fermented camel and bovine milk samples.
