We selected previously published single-cell RNA sequencing datasets of mouse SVZ NSCs that used different common NSC markers for their isolation. The following datasets were used: Dulken et al., Cell Reports 2017 Accession number: PRJNA324289 Hamed et al., Nature Communications 2022 GEO: GSE200202 Kalamakis et al., Cell 2019 GEO: GSE115626 Mizrak et al., Cell Reports 2020 GEO: GSE134918 Xie et al., PNAS 2020 GEO: GSE107220 Analysis was performed on R studio, using Seurat.
