This dataset includes collected surveys from industry experts in the chemical industry concerning their opinions on technical service operation. Data was collected from 20 participants distributed across the Americas, Spain, and the UK.

Steps to reproduce

The data collection procedure used a survey instrument based on 14 questions in 7 sections for chemical industry experts. Data collection followed a purposive process by selecting 35 survey prospects with 20 final complete responses. Results were validated through an adapted version of the Delphi method involving one-to-one interviews with the three most senior experts in the group.
