Steps to reproduce

- Each .mat file is a Matlab workspace containing the data used to plot the related subfigure. Use it directly to plot data as you'd prefer to see it. For relevant figures 3E and 4I, a custom Matlab function is provided to fit optical tweezers experiments with the model. See description below. - To fit optical tweezers experiments with the model, use the Fit_tweezers custom Matlab function with this syntax: Fit_tweezers(t,x_m,x_t,TrapON). t=time, x_m=membrane position, x_t=trap position, TrapON=trap status. See comments in the m-file for more details.
