This data was generated by flow cytometry for sVCapture to understand where CNVs form in the cell cycle following replication stress. Under low-dose aphidicolin treatment and other drug inhibitors, cells were either synchronized with RO-3306 and then released or remained asynchronized. Samples were treated with propidium iodide and phospho-histone H3 antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 to collect different fractions of the cell cycle. To examine apoptotic state, cells were also treated with cleaved caspase-3 antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647. An etoposide treatment was included as a positive control for apoptosis.
