Brucellosis, a globally prevalent zoonosis caused by Brucella species, currently lacks an approved subunit vaccine. By integrating immunoinformatics approaches with in vivo experiments, this study developed a multi-epitope vaccine against Brucella with high immunogenicity and protective efficacy, which provides a novel strategic avenue for the development of Brucella subunit vaccines and accelerates the research and development process of such vaccines.
