Four different samples from the same EQAS BIO-RAD® cycle and 11 patients’ sera were stored at -20°C for 8 weeks. Several analytes were measured concomitantly at 2 weeks intervals. Stability equation was calculated and the difference between stored values and fresh baseline values was compared to stability limit. Due to failure of stability of albumin, ALT and LDH, another experiment was conducted at shorter time interval and different temperature conditions.
