Fecal Microbiome and Serum Metabolome Data

Description

The datasets presented in this study include fecal 16S rRNA gene sequencing profiles and serum untargeted metabolomic spectra generated from mice. The 16S sequencing data were used to characterize gut microbial community composition and diversity, while the metabolomic data enabled comprehensive profiling of systemic metabolic alterations.
