This repository gathers the data produced by the methods presented the associated article, and to obtain the results discussed in the same article. The Python code file uses the Femwell package which implements the finite element method (FEM) to characterize the fabricated waveguide. The joined csv files are the spectra acquired for Penicillium expansum spores.
