Description

The dataset is related to the publication Stability of Cu(I)-Cysteine complex accessed using reverse titrations: implications for estuarine and seawater copper biogeochemistry. It consists of datasets for each figure in main manuscript, as well as in supporting information file. It includes voltammograms of Krka River estuary samples (7 depths) including voltammogram of surface sample after Cys addition, data on copper redox speciation at the same site (7 depths), absorbances of [CuBCS2]3- complex during course of titration with Cys (used for determination of conditional stability constant of Cu(I)-Cys complex by spectroscopic approach), voltammograms of Cu(I) and Cys during course of titration with BCS (used for determination of conditional stability constant of Cu(I)-Cys complex by electrochemical approach), voltammograms of Cys before and after 5 additions of Cu(II) and voltammograms of Cys recorded with different accumulation times.
