On the Origin of the Two-Dimensional Electron Gas at the CdO (100) Surface

Description

ARPES and core-level photoemission data of the 2DEG on the CdO (100) surface. For as-loaded surface (CdO 515 dirty) and H cracked surface (CdO July 2017). Shows decrease in 2DEG intensity under synchrotron beam and the increase in 2DEG intensity with hydrogen cracking.
