Description

To investigate the relationship between soil moisture content and methane flux, we display lipids, gene and flux data from grassland soils. This data includes raw data of the 44 soil samples collected along SMC transects in July 2014 (Data S1), and the raw data of the environmental conditions, q-PCR results and methane flux measurements along SMC transects and 2 background sites in August 2020 (Data S2).
