Description

This dataset contains soil chemistry and demographic data from five urban parks in Chicago. Soil parameters include pH, salts, and organic matter content, as well as concentrations of trace elements (Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Pb). Demographic indicators of the surrounding neighborhoods include racial composition, education levels, income distribution, median household income, and median house price. Additional contextual variables include park establishment year and distance from the city center.
